1-2-1

  1. sarvatra prasiddhōpadēśāt – sarvaṃ khalvidam iti nirdiṣṭēna sāmānādhikaraṇyēna nirdiṣṭaṃ brahma paramātmā. kuta:? prasiddhōpadēśāt – tajjalāniti hētuta: sarvātmakatvōpadēśādityardha:. prasiddhaṃ hi hētutayā vyapadiśyatē. sakalōpaniṣatsu brahmaiva hi jagajjanmalayajīvanahētutayā prasiddham yatō vā imāni ityādiṣu.1.
  1.  vivakṣitaguṇōpapattēśca – manōmayatvasatyasaṅkalpatvādayō vivakṣitaguṇā: brahmaṇyēvōpapadyantē.2.
  1. anupapattēstu na śārīra: – du:khamiśraparimitasukhalavabhāgini śārīrē tvēṣāṃ guṇānāmanupapattērna śārīrōäyam.3.
  1. karmakartṛvyapadēśācca – ētamita: prētyābhisaṃbhavitāsmi iti abhisaṃbhāvyābhisaṃbhavitṛtvēna prastutabrahmajīvayōrvyapadēśāt abhisaṃbhāvyaṃ brahma jīvādarthāntaram.4.
  1. śabdaviśēṣāt – ēṣa ma ātmāntarhṛdaya iti ṣaṣṭhyā prathamayā ca jīvō brahma ca vyapadiśyatē tataścārthāntaram.5.
  1. smṛtēśca – atrāpi prathamayā nirdiṣṭa: puruṣōttama iti niścīyatē. sarvasya cāhaṃ hṛdi sanniviṣṭa: iti hi smṛtiḥ.6.
  1. arbhakaukastvāttadvyapadēśācca nēti cēnna nicāyyatvādēvaṃ vyōmavacca – ēṣa ma ātmāäntarhṛādayē aṇīyān vrīhē: ityādināälpāyatanatvāt, svarūpālpatvasya vyapadēśācca, nāyaṃ para iti cēnna, upāsyatvāddhētō: tathā vyapadēśa: na tu svarūpālpatvēna, vyōmavat, svarūpamahatvaṃ cātraiva vyapadiśyatē jyāyān pṛthivyā: jyāyānantarikṣāt ityādinā.7.
  1. saṃbhōgaprāptiriti cēnna vaiśēṣyāt – parōäpyantaśśarīrē vasati cēt, jīvavat sukhadu:khōpabhōgaprāptissyāditi cēnna, hētuvaiśēṣyāt. parasya hi chandatō jīvarakṣāyai śarīrāntarvāsa:.8. iti sarvatra prasiddhyadhikaraṇam .

  1. attā carācaragrahaṇāt – yasya brahma ca kṣatraṃ cōbhē bhavata ōdana: mṛtyuryasyōpasēcanam ka itthā vēdayatra sa: . ityatra ōdanōpasēcanasūcitōättā paramapuruṣa:. brahmakṣatrōpalakṣitasya carācarasya kṛtsnasya mṛtyūpasēcanatvēna adanīyatayā grahaṇāt .9.
  1. prakaraṇācca – mahāntaṃ vibhumātmānaṃ matvā dhīrō na śōcati, nāyamātmā pravacanēna labhya: ityādinā parasyaiva prakṛtatvāt sa ēvāyam.10.
  1. guhāṃ praviṣṭāvātmānau hi taddharśanāt – anantaram, ṛtaṃ pibantau sukṛtasya lōkē guhāṃ praviṣṭau paramē parārthyē ityādinā jīvaparamātmānāvēva prayōjya prayōjakabhāvēna karmaphalāśanēänvayādupadiṣṭau. tayōrēvāsmin prakaraṇē guhāpravēśa darśanāt, taṃ durdarśaṃ gūḍhamanupraviṣṭaṃ guhāhitam iti parasya, , guhāṃ praviśya yā prāṇēna saṃbhavatyaditirdēvatāmayī tiṣṭhantī iti jīvasya karmaphalādanādaditirjīva:.11.
  1. viśēṣaṇācca – jīvaparāvēva hi sarvatrāsminprakaraṇē viśēṣyētē, na jāyatē mriyatē vā vipaścit ityādau jīva:, aṇōraṇīyān mahatō mahīyān, mahāntaṃ vibhumātmānam, nāyamātmā pravacanēna, vijñānasārathiryastu mana: pragrahavānnara: ,  sōädhvana: pāramāpnōti tadviṣṇō: paramaṃ padam ityādiṣu para:. tripādasyāmṛtaṃ divi, atha yadata: parō divō jyōtirdīpyatē viśvata: pṛṣṭhēṣu sarvata: pṛṣṭhēṣu anuttamēṣu uttamēṣu lōkēṣu iti viśvata: prākṛtāt sthānāt param viṣṇō: parasthānamēva hi saṃsārādhvana: pārabhūtam mumukṣubhi: prāpyam, paramaṃ padaṃ sadā paśyanti sūraya:, tadakṣarē paramē vyōman, kṣayantamasya rajasa: parākē, viśvaṃ purāṇaṃ tamasa: parastāt, tē ha nākaṃ mahimānassacantē, yatra pūrvē sādhyāssanti dēvā: ityādi sakalōpaniṣatprasiddham .12. iti attradhikaraṇam   . 2 .

  1. antara upapattē: – ya ēṣōäntarakṣiṇi puruṣō dṛśyatē ēṣa ātmēti hōvāca ētadamṛta mabhayamētadbrahma ityatra akṣyādhāra: paramapuruṣa: nirupādhikāmṛtatvābhayatvasaṃyadvāmatvādīnām asminnēvōpapattē:.13.
  1. sthānādivyapadēśācca – yaścakṣuṣi tiṣṭhan ityādinā sthitiniyamanādivyapadēśāccāyaṃ para:.14.
  1. sukhaviśiṣṭābhidhānādēva ca – kaṃ brahma khaṃ brahma iti pūrvatrāsyaiva sukhaviśiṣṭatayā abhidhānāccāyaṃ para:     .15.
  1. ata ēva ca sa brahma – yatastatra bhavabhītāya upakōsalāya brahmajijñāsavē kaṃ brahma khaṃ brahma ityupadiṣṭa: yadvā yadēva kaṃ tadēva kham iti sukharūpa:, atassukhaśabdābhidhēya: ākāśa: paramēva brahma.16.
  1. śrutōpaniṣatkagatyabhidhānācca – śrutabrahmasvarūpāṇāmadhigantavyatayā arcirādigatērakṣipuruṣaṃ śrutavatē, tēärciṣamēvābhisaṃbhavanti ityādināäbhidhānāccāyaṃ paramapuruṣa:.17.
  1. anavasthitērasaṃbhavācca nētara: – parasmāditarō jīvādirnākṣyādhāra:. cakṣuṣi niyamēna anavasthitē:, amṛtatvādyasaṃbhavācca.18. iti antaradhikaraṇam . 3 .

1-2-4

  1. antaryāmyadhidaivādhilōkādiṣu taddharmavyapadēśāt – ya: pṛthivyāṃ tiṣṭhan ityādiṣu adhidaivādilōkādipadacihnitēṣu vākyēṣu śrūyamaṇōäntaryāmī paramapuruṣa:, sarvāntaratvasarvāviditatvasarva- śarīrakatvasarvaniyantṛtvādiparamātmadharmavyapadēśāt.19.
  1. na ca smārtamataddharmābhilāpācchārīraśca – nāyaṃ pradhānaṃ jīvaśca, tayōrasaṃbhāvitasarvāviditatvādi -dharmābhilāpāt. asaṃbhāvanayā yathā na smārtam, tathā jīvōäpītyartha:.20.
  1. ubhayēäpi hi bhēdēnainamadhīyatē – ubhayē – kāṇvā mādhyandināśca yō vijñānē tiṣṭhan, ya ātmani tiṣṭhannātmanōäntarō yamātmā na vēda yasyātmā śarīraṃ ya ātmānamantarō yamayati iti pratyagātmanō bhēdēna ēnam – antaryāmiṇamadhīyatē, ata: para ēvāyam.21. iti antaryāmyadhikaraṇam.4.

  1. adṛśyatvādiguṇakō dharmōktē: – atha parā yayā tadakṣaramadhigamyatē yattadadrēśyam ityārabhya yadbhūtayōniṃ paripaśyanti dhīrā:, akṣarāt parata: para ityādau pradhānātpratyagātmanaśca arthāntarabhūta: paramātmā pratipādyatē. yassarvajñassarvavit ityādidharmōktē:.22.
  1. viśēṣaṇabhēdavyapadēśābhyāṃ ca nētarau – ēkavijñānēna sarvavijñānarūpaviśēṣaṇavyapadēśānna pradhānam. akṣarātparata: para: iti pradhānātparata: pratyāgātmanōäpi para iti bhēdavyapadēśāt na pratyagātmā ca. athavā, sāmānādhikaraṇyēna paratōäkṣarāt pañcaviṃśakāt para iti bhēdavyapadēśa:.23.
  1. rūpōpanyāsācca – agnirmūrdhā ityādinā trailōkya śarīrōpanyāsācca paramātmā.24. iti adṛśyatvādidharmōktyadhikaraṇam . 5 .

1-2-6

  1. vaiśvānarassādhāraṇaśabdaviśēṣāt – ātmānamēvēmaṃ vaiśvānaram ityādau vaiśvānara: paramātmā, jāṭharāgnyādiṣu sādhāraṇasyāpi vaiśvānaraśabdasyāsminprakaraṇē paramātmāsādhāraṇai: sarvātmakatvabrahmaśabdādibhiḥ viśēṣyamāṇatvāt.25.
  1. smaryamāṇamanumānaṃ syāditi – dyulōkaprabhṛtipṛthivyantaṃ rūpam agnirmūrdhā ityādiṣūktam atra pratyabhijñāyamānamasya paramātmatvē anumānaṃ – liṅgamityartha:.26.
  1. śabdādibhyōänta: pratiṣṭhānācca nēti cēnna tathā dṛṣṭyupadēśādasaṃbhavātpuruṣamapi cainamadhīyatē – sa ēṣōägnirvaiśvānara: iti agniśabdasāmānādhikaraṇyāt prāṇāhutyādhāratvādibhi:, puruṣēänta: pratiṣṭhitam ityādēśca  nāyaṃ paramātmēti cēt, naitat jāṭharāgniśarīrakatvēnōpāsyatvōpadēśāt, kēvalajāṭharāgnē: trailōkyaśarīrakatvādyasaṃbhavācca. sa ēṣōägnirvaiśvānarō yatpuruṣa: ityēnaṃ vaiśvānaraṃ puruṣamapyadhīyatē vājina:. nirupādhikapuruṣaśabdaśca paramātmani nārāyaṇē ēva sahasraśīrṣam ityārabhya, viśvamēvēdaṃ puruṣa: ityādiṣu prasiddha:.27.
  1. ata ēva na dēvatā bhūtaṃ ca – yatōäyaṃ vaiśvānara: trailōkyaśarīra: puruṣaśabdanirdiṣṭaśca, tatōäyaṃ nāgnyākhyadēvatā, tṛtīyamahābhūtaṃ ca.28.
  1. sākṣādapyavirōdhaṃ jaimini: – nāvaśyamagniśarīrakatvēna upāsyatvāyēdamagniśabda- sāmānādhikaraṇyam, agranayanādiyōgēna paramātmanyēvāgniśabdasya sākṣāt vṛttēssāmānādhikaraṇya- avirōdhaṃ jaiminirācāryō manyatē.29.
  1. abhivyaktērityāśmarathya: – yastvētamēvaṃ prādēśamātram ityanavacchinnasya dyuprabhṛtiparicchinnatvam upāsakābhivyaktyarthamiti āśmarathya:.30.
  1. anusmṛtērbādari: – dyuprabhṛtipṛthivyantānāṃ mūrdhādipādāntāvayavatvakalpanaṃ, tathānusmṛtyarthaṃ – brahma pratipattaya iti bādari:.31.
  1. saṃpattēriti jaiministathā hi darśayati – ura ēva vēdirlōmāni barhirhṛādayaṃ gārhāpatya: ityādinā upāsakahṛdayādīnāṃ vēdyāditvakalpanam vidyāṅgabhūtāyā: prāṇāhutē: agnihōtratvasaṃpādanārthamiti jaimini: . darśayati ca śruti: ya ētadēvaṃ vidvānagnihōtraṃ juhōti iti. ētē pakṣāssvīkṛtā:, pūjārthamācāryagrahaṇam.32.
  1. āmananti caivamasmin – ēnam – paramātmānam, asmin – upāsitṛśarīrē prāṇāhuti- vēlāyām anusandhānārthaṃ tasya ha vā ētasya mūrdhaiva sutējā: ityādi amananti ca, upāsakasya mūrdhādirēvāsya paramātmanō mūrdhādirityartha:.33. iti vaiśvānarādhikaraṇam . 6 .
